## Purpose

Ferner kann sie Grundstücke erwerben oder veräussern sowie alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck der Genossenschaft zu fördern oder damit im Zusammenhang stehen. Sie erlässt für alle Platzbenützer verbindliche Reglemente nach den geltenden Vorschriften, insbesondere den Weisungen des Bundesamtes für Zivilluftfahrt und im Einklang mit geltenden Lärmvorschriften.
