## Purpose

Diesen Zweck sucht sie insbesondere zu erreichen durch die Übernahme der Halterschaft für den Flugplatz Hausen am Albis und dessen Betrieb im Rahmen der jeweils geltenden Vorschriften über den Luftverkehr sowie der mit der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft bzw. dem Bundesamt für Zivilluftfahrt abgeschlossenen Verträge; kann auch Eigentum oder beschränkte dingliche Rechte an Grundstücken sowie Bauwerke erwerben, den Flugbetrieb auf eigenen Namen und auf eigene Rechnung führen oder eine Betriebsgesellschaft damit beauftragen.
