## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt das zur Verfügung stellen eines Ferienheimes zu kostendeckenden Beiträgen an Schulen, Vereinen und Private. Die einzelnen Rechte und Pflichten werden in einem durch den Stiftungsrat zu erstellendes Benützungsreglement umschrieben. Die mit der Benützung des Ferienheimes direkt anfallenden Betriebs- und Lohnkosten, wie insbesondere Heiz-, Strom, Wasser- und Abwasserkosten etc. werden durch kostendeckende Beiträge der Benützer alimentiert. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen der Zwecksetzung in der Einwohnergemeinde Niederbipp tätig. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet. Erwerbszwecke sind ausgeschlossen.
