## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft verfolgt den Zweck, in Miraniga (Obersaxen) ein Ferienhaus zu betreiben und es für die Durchführung von Ferienlagern, Schulverlegungen und Skilagern der schulpflichtigen Jugend vorab der politischen Gemeinde Meilen zur Verfügung zu stellen. In der übrigen Zeit können Mitglieder der Genossenschaft mit ihren Angehörigen und, soweit Platz vorhanden, andere Personen Ferien im Ferienhaus verbringen. Die Einzelheiten werden in einer von der Verwaltung aufzustellenden Benutzungsordnung geregelt. Die Genossenschaft verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
