## Purpose

Der Verein ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation und der Zweck besteht in der Beschaffung von Mitteln von Unternehmen oder natürlichen Personen die in Aktivitäten engagiert sind, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Natur-Freizeitbereich stehen, zu Gunsten von gemeinnützigen oder karitativen Organisationen, die Naturschutzprojekte fördern bzw. realisieren, und in der Förderung des Bewusstseins der Notwendigkeit des Schutzes unserer Umwelt. Der Zweck soll u.a. erreicht werden durch: Die aktive Förderung der Erziehung von Outdoor-Sportlern und der übrigen Bevölkerung, die Notwendigkeit des Naturschutzes zu erkennen; Das Fördern des Bewusstseins von Outdoor-Sportlern und Bevölkerung, dass die Umwelt durch Verschmutzung, Industrie, Übernutzung usw. bedroht ist und deshalb der Umweltschutz notwendig ist; Das Beschaffen von Mitteln durch Verleihung der Vereinsmitgliedschaft, mit dem Ziel, diese Mittel im gemeinnützige und mit dem Vereinszweck in Einklang stehende Projekte zu investieren; Das Ermutigen von Unternehmen und Einzelpersonen, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Natur-Freizeitbereich stehen, dem Verein die zur Erreichung des Zwecks benötigten Mittel zur Verfügung zu stellen; Das Beachten aller für den Verein als gemeinnützige Organisation relevanten Vorschriften; Das künftige Erfüllen weiterer Aufgaben, die mit dem Vereinszweck in Einklang stehen. Im Anfangsstadium besteht das Ziel des Vereins im Aufbau einer Organisation, die die Umsetzung und Finanzierung der allgemeinen Ziele ermöglicht.
