## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt, den Einwohnern und Bürgern der Gemeinde Speicher und weiteren Kunden Gelegenheit zu geben, Ersparnisse zinstragend, zinslos oder mit einer Negativverzinsung sicher anzulegen sowie Kredite zu gewähren. Entgegennahme von Geldern - als Spareinlagen, in Kontokorrent-Rechnung, auf Festgeld- und Depositen-Konten und dergleichen - gegen Ausgabe von Kassenobligationen - durch Geldaufnahmen in anderen banküblichen Formen 2. Anlage von Geldern - in inländischen Hypotheken - in Darlehen, Kontokorrentvorschüssen und Wechselkrediten - in Wertschriften und anderen banküblichen Anlagen - in inländischen Liegenschaften 3. Besorgung von banküblichen Dienstleistungen wie: - An- und Verkauf von Wertschriften, Devisen, fremden Sorten und Edelmetallen für fremde Rechnung - Aufbewahrung und Verwaltung von Wertpapieren und Wertgegenständen, Vermietung von Schrankfächern usw. - Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs Ungedeckte Kredite dürfen nur im beschränkten Umfang und unter der Voraussetzung gewährt werden, dass dem Stiftungsrat ein ausreichender Einblick in die finanziellen und persönlichen Verhältnisse des Kreditnehmers offensteht. Spekulationen und industrielle Beteiligungen sind nicht gestattet. Die Stiftung ist berechtigt, für die sichere Geldanlage Liegenschaften zu erwerben und in diese zu investieren.
