## Purpose

Die Stiftung verfolgt ausschliesslich gemeinnützige Ziele. Sie bezweckt die Realisierung von Projekten zur sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Integration. Die Stiftung hat dabei eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an ihren Tochterorganisationen zu halten, wobei die Vertreter der Stiftung in deren Organen ausschliesslich im Stiftungsinteresse zu handeln und eine mit dem Stiftungszweck konforme Ausrichtung sicherzustellen haben.
