## Purpose

Die Unterstützung der Wohngenossenschaft Neuweg ist an die ausdrückliche Bedingung geknüpft, dass diese den bestehenden Garten der Liegenschaft Bäumlihofstrasse 39 in Basel nicht überbaut. Sollte die Destinatärin die vorstehende Bedingung missachten oder sollte die Destinatärin aufgelöst werden, fällt das ganze Stiftungsvermögen an die Krebsliga beider Basel, und die Stiftung wird liquidiert.
