Sofern die Zinsen für die Ausbildung von Töchtern unbemittelter Glarner Bürger mangels Anmeldung keine Verwendung finden, sollen auch Söhne unbemittelter Glarner Bürger dieser Stipendien teilhaftig werden. Die Eltern müssen Bürger der Gemeinde Glarus sein.
