## Purpose

EIT.zürich ist eine Sektion von EIT.swiss. EIT.zürich vertritt die Interessen der Elektrobranche gegenüber Politik, Sozialpartnern, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft und unterstützt EIT.swiss bei seinen Tätigkeiten. Er unterstützt seine Mitglieder durch Dienstleistungen und trägt damit zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Branche als Ganzes bei. Er ist insbesondere für die Umsetzung und die Weiterentwicklung der Berufsbildung in Zusammenarbeit mit EIT.swiss verantwortlich. Die Elektrobranche umfasst insbesondere folgende Fachbereiche: Elektroinstallation mit uneingeschränkter eidg. Installationsbewilligung, Elektroplanung, Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien, Elektrokontrollen mit eidg. Kontrollbewilligung, Gebäudeautomation und Sicherheitstechnik. Zur Erfüllung des Verbandszwecks treffen die Verbandsorgane die notwendigen Massnahmen oder beauftragen Dritte. EIT.zürich kann eine Elektrofachschule für die Grund- und Weiterbildung in der Elektrobranche betreiben. EIT.zürich kann zur Erreichung seiner Ziele Verträge abschliessen, anderen Organisationen beitreten, sich an Gesellschaften beteiligen und Gesellschaften gründen.
