Sammeln, Analysieren, Auswerten und Verteilen von statistischen, ökonomischen und technischen Informationen, die für die europäische Leiterplattenindustrie relevant sind. Bereitstellung eines Programms zur Publikation relevanter europäischer Informationen für die Leiterplattenindustrie bei Nutzung aller möglichen Quellen, einschliesslich Mitglieder der Verbindung, sowie von Fremdfirmen und anderen Organisationen. Stimulation zur Nutzung neuer Techniken, die dazu beitragen, das Wachstum und den Fortschritt der europäischen Leiterplattenindustrie anzuregen und zu fördern.
