## Purpose

Die Stiftung kann sich daneben nach Massgabe des KVG und dessen Ausführungserlassen an anderen Institutionen, die der Durchführung der sozialen Krankenversicherung dienen, beteiligen, solche gründen, übernehmen und mit ihnen fusionieren. Sie kann nach Massgabe des KVG und dessen Ausführungserlassen Liegenschaften und Immaterialgüterrechte erwerben, belasten und veräussern. Die Stiftung unterstützt die Bestrebungen zur Verhütung von Krankheiten und Unfällen sowie von Invalidität und vorzeitigem Tod.
