Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen. Sie kann Mitglied von "wohnbaugenossenschaften schweiz, verband der gemeinnützigen wohnbauträger" sein.
