Elle diffuse et ancre les Principes fondamentaux de la Croix-Rouge au sein de la population en déployant des prestations dans les domaines de l'aide, de la promotion de la santé et de l'intégration. Elle favorise toute collaboration avec d'autres organisations de la Croix-Rouge suisse et d'institutions qui poursuivent des buts similaires à ceux de la Croix-Rouge suisse.
