## Purpose

Der Hauptzweck der Stiftung besteht in der Linderung menschlicher Not im In- und Ausland. Er bezieht sich in erster Linie auf folgende Bereiche: Armut, Hunger, Trinkwasser, medizinische Versorgung, dem Klima angepasste Unterkunft und Kleidung, Verfolgung aus ethischen, politischen oder Glaubensgründen, elementare Ausbildung etc. Als Nebenzweck leistet die Stiftung überdies einen Beitrag zu einem verantwortungsbewussten Umgang mit Tieren und dem natürlichen Umfeld, u.a. in den Bereichen Forschung und Aufklärung, Tier- und Naturschutz. Der Haupt- und Nebenzweck und das Verhältnis dieser Zwecke zueinander sind in einem Reglement (vgl. Ziff. 9) näher auszuführen.
