## Purpose

COOP kann sich in weiteren Geschäftsfeldern betätigen. COOP kann Zweigniederlassungen errichten, sich an anderen Unternehmungen und Organisationen im In- und Ausland beteiligen, solcher erwerben und selber gründen sowie ihr nahestehende Unternehmen finanzieren. Sie kann überdies alle Handlungen vornehmen, die den Unternehmenszweck in irgendeiner Weise zu fördern geeignet sind. COOP kann auch gemeinnützige Aktivitäten entfalten.
