## Purpose

Sie sollen seit mindestens 7 Jahren hier wohnhaft sein. Massgebend für die Definition des Gebietes sind die Grenzen der ehemaligen politischen Gemeinde Niederurnen. Die Stiftung kann im Übrigen alles vorkehren, was zur Erreichung ihres Zieles dient. Vorbehalten bleibt eine Änderung des Zwecks durch die zuständige Kantonsbehörde gemäss Art. 86a des Schweizerischen Zivilgesetzbuches.
