## Purpose

Die Gesellschaft kann alle Geschäfte eingehen, Verträge abschliessen und Massnahmen treffen, welche geeignet sind, ihren Zweck zu fördern oder welche direkt oder indirekt mit diesem im Zusammenhang stehen.
