## Purpose

La Fondation a pour buts de: 1. Favoriser le développement d'une économie et d'une société avec un faible impact sur le climat, en contribuant aux objectifs de décarbonation du Canton du Valais. Pour ce faire, elle attribue la marque garantie GO CARBON FREE ((fig.)) aux organisations ou aux produits qui satisfont les critères d'octroi de la marque. De plus, la Fondation alloue des fonds pour soutenir le développement de projets de réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre conformément aux critères d'attribution définis par le Conseil de fondation, et s'assure de l'impact de ces projets. 2. Promouvoir les activités des entreprises et les produits à faible impact sur le climat en favorisant les échanges entre les porteurs de la marque garantie GO CARBON FREE ((fig.)) et la société en général. 3. Les fondatrices se réservent expressément la possibilité de requérir la modification du but de la Fondation conformément à l'article 86a CC. 4. La Fondation ne poursuit pas de but lucratif ou commercial.
