La fondation peut aussi créer en son sein des fonds spéciaux à but déterminé. Le conseil de fondation peut ouvrir Carage aux travailleurs exerçant une activité dans une entreprise d'un autre secteur économique. La couverture de prévoyance de Carage pourra alors également concerner les personnes exerçant une activité au service d'entreprises non membres des associations signataires de la CCT
