Die Stiftung kann namentlich in den Bereichen Bildung und Sozialwesen Beiträge ausrichten, sofern nicht genügend andere Mittel zur Verfügung stehen; die Tätigkeit von Vereinen, aber auch die Organisation von Ausstellungen, Konzerten etc. oder die Einrichtung von Bibliotheken oder Sammlungen durch Beiträge oder auf andere Art unterstützen; zu einer attraktiveren dörflichen Infrastruktur sowie zur Erhaltung von Denkmälern und Naturschönheiten oder des speziellen Ortsbildes beitragen, sei es durch Investitionsbeiträge oder auf andere Art, sowie Beiträge an öffentliche Investitionen gewähren, soweit damit die unmittelbare Belastung der Bevölkerung durch zweckgebundene Abgaben gemindert werden kann.
