Se non è data la possibilità di assegnare le borse di studio a studenti di chimica, le stesse possono essere assegnate a studenti di biochimica. Se non è data la possibilità di assegnare le borse di studio a studenti domiciliati o attinenti dei comuni della regione Tre Valli, le stesse possono essere assegnate a studenti di tutto il territorio ticinese. L'assegnazione di un premio specifico a studenti del Liceo Cantonale di Bellinzona che hanno conseguito la migliore maturità nell'ambito scientifico. La Fondazione ha scopo di pubblica utilità e non ha scopo di lucro.
