## Purpose

Die Stiftung kann zur Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes Unternehmungen gründen, sich an anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen sowie solche betreiben oder betreiben lassen. Sie kann Grundstücke erwerben, überbauen und allenfalls wieder veräussern. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet. Erwerbszwecke sind ausgeschlossen. Vorhaben, für deren Verwirklichung eine öffentlich-rechtliche gesetzliche Verpflichtung besteht, dürfen nicht unterstützt werden.
