## Purpose

Die Aufbewahrung und technische Verwaltung kollektiver Kapitalanlagen (vgl. Ziff. II Organisationsreglement). Die Gesellschaft bezweckt ausserdem weder direkt noch indirekt den Erwerb von Immobilien in der Schweiz noch die Verwaltung von Immobilienfonds mit schweizerischen Immobilien, welche im Sinne des Bundesgesetzes über den Erwerb von Grundstücken durch Personen im Ausland (BewG) vom 16. Dezember 1983 bewilligungspflichtig sind. Die Gesellschaft kann ihrer direkten oder indirekten Muttergesellschaft sowie deren oder ihren direkten oder indirekten Tochtergesellschaften Darlehen oder andere Finanzierungen gewähren. Die Gesellschaft kann Tochtergesellschaften in der Schweiz und im Ausland errichten. Sie kann im Weiteren im In- und Ausland Beteiligungen von Gesellschaften erwerben, deren Zweck das kollektive Kapitalanlagegeschäft ist. Die Gesellschaft kann ausserdem alle Geschäfte abschliessen und Vereinbarungen eingehen, die direkt und indirekt dem Gesellschaftszweck dienen oder in direktem Zusammenhang damit stehen.
