## Purpose

Das historisch wertvolle Sommerhaus mit Park (auf GB Solothurn Nr. 1780) zu erhalten, und in angemessener und den wirtschaftlichen Mitteln entsprechender Weise der Oeffentlichkeit zugänglich zu machen. Die einzelnen Räume des Sommerhauses sind in angemessener Weise als "De Vigier Museum" zu gestalten und haben insbesondere auch als Aufbewahrungsstätte für Gegenstände, die mit der Geschichte der Familie de Vigier zusammenhängen, zu dienen. Der Park ist als "De Vigier Park" gärtnerisch zu pflegen und in seinem Charakter als Beispiel französischer Gartenbaukunst zu erhalten. Die Gegenstände, die der Stifter im Inventar festgehalten hat, und die in das Eigentum der Stiftung übergehen, sind im Sommerhaus oder den übrigen Gebäulichkeiten auf GB Solothurn Nr. 1780 aufzubewahren und sie dürfen nie daraus entfernt und auch nicht veräussert werden. Die Liegenschaft GB Solothurn Nr. 1780 und 2464 dürfen in angemessener Weise für private oder öffentliche Veranstaltungen für Versammlungen und Sitzungen und zu repräsentativen Zwecken verwendet werden. Die Stiftung kann auch nach ihren Möglichkeiten geeignete historische Gegenstände erwerben
