## Purpose

Das BZG stellt unter Einbezug von Kooperationspartnern die Aus- und Weiterbildung in der Grünen Branche sicher. In der Ausbildung garantiert es die Durchführung der überbetrieblichen Kurse für die Lernenden. Es betreibt ein Bildungszentrum. Es berücksichtigt Entwicklungen in Umwelt, Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft bei der Gestaltung von zukunftsorientierten Leistungsangeboten für die Branche. Das BZG unterstützt mit seiner Arbeit folgende übergeordnete Ziele des GVKZ: Sensibilisieren, fordern und fördern der Mitglieder; Unterstützung des nationalen Verbands; Lobbying und Zusammenarbeit; Einsatz für attraktive Rahmenbedingungen; Schaffung eines zukunftsorientierten Leistungsangebots; Auf- und Ausbau der unternehmerischen und fachlichen Kompetenz; Imageförderung der Grünen Branche; Weiterentwicklung von Organisations- und Entscheidungsstrukturen; Schaffung von wahrnehmbarem Mehrwert. Der Verein kann Grundstücke, Stockwerkeigentum oder andere dingliche Rechte erwerben, verwalten und veräussern sowie alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck des Vereins zu fördern, oder die direkt oder indirekt damit im Zusammenhang stehen. Zur Erreichung des Zweckes und zur Erfüllung der Aufgaben kann der Vorstand besondere Reglemente erlassen und Beschlüsse fassen, in denen die Rechte und Pflichten der Mitglieder näher umschrieben sind, sowie Kommissionen bilden. Der Verein verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
