## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft vermietet ihre Wohnungen grundsätzlich nach dem System der Kostenmiete. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke oder Immobiliengesellschaften erwerben oder veräussern sowie Häuser bauen, erwerben, verwalten oder vermieten. Auch der Verkauf von Grundstücken oder Teilen davon ist ihr erlaubt. Den Mitgliedern der Genossenschaft ist in diesem Falle vorab Gelegenheit zu geben, Grundeigentum oder Wohnungen zu den unter Berücksichtigung aller Kosten und Aufwendungen entstehenden Gestehungspreisen zu erwerben.
