Die Genossenschaft bewirtschaftet die Immobilien unter Einbezug von ökologischen und umweltfreundlichen Technologien im Interesse ihrer Mitglieder und der Umwelt. Die Genossenschaft fördert die Sozialkompetenz, Solidarität und den Zusammenhalt unter den Mitgliedern und erwartet dasselbe von ihren Mitgliedern. Die Grundstücke, Häuser und Wohnungen der Genossenschaft sind grundsätzlich unverkäuflich.
