## Purpose

Verwaltung und Vermietung der Wohnungen auf der Basis der Kostenmiete, d. h. zu Selbstkosten; e. Fördern von genossenschaftlichen Aktivitäten in den Siedlungen; f. Ideelle und materielle Unterstützung von Bestrebungen, die preiswertes, gesundes und gutes Wohnen zum Ziel haben. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig und nicht gewinnorientiert. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen. Sie ist Mitglied von Wohnbaugenossenschaften (WBG) Schweiz, dem Dachverband der gemeinnützigen Bau- und Wohngenossenschaften in der Schweiz.
