Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke oder Immobiliengesellschaften erwerben oder veräussern sowie Häuser bauen, erwerben, verwalten oder vermieten. Beim Verkauf eines Grundstückes ist den Genossenschaftern vorab Gelegenheit zu geben, dieses zu einem angemessenen Preis zu erwerben.
