## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft ist bei allen ihren Tätigkeiten bestrebt das lokale Gewerbe mit der AusführungvonArbeiten zu beauftragen. Dabei werden lokale Gewerbebetriebe, die Genossenschafter sind, wenn möglich bevorzugt. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke oder Baurechtsparzellen erwerben und veräussern sowie Häuser bauen, erwerben, verwalten oder vermieten. Der Verkauf von Grundstücken oder Teilen davon ist ihr erlaubt. Die Genossenschaft kann Unternehmen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen kaufen und verkaufen oder sich daran beteiligen.
