Die Genossenschaft erstellt, vermietet und verkauft preisgünstigen Wohnraum und Arbeitsflächen in erster Linie an ihre Mitglieder. Sie kann zu diesem Zweck Grundstücke, Liegenschaften und Baurechte erwerben und belasten
