Company Purpose

Dans un esprit communautaire et d'entraide, au sens des idées coopératives de Frédéric-Guillaume Raiffeisen, la Banque effectue tous les types d'affaires bancaires. Par ailleurs, elle peut proposer d'autres prestations en matière de conseil, de finances et de services. L'activité commerciale est exercée dans le cadre du Règlement d'administration des Banques Raiffeisen arrêté par Raiffeisen Suisse société coopérative (ci-après Raiffeisen Suisse) et doit concorder avec les conditions financières, la qualification du personnel et les mesures d'organisation. Dans le respect du Règlement d'administration des Banques Raiffeisen, la Banque peut, dans la mesure où cela est utile à son activité commerciale: a. exploiter ses propres agences, fonder des filiales, participer à toutes les entreprises et sociétés du Groupe Raiffeisen, ainsi qu'à d'autres entreprises; b. acquérir, construire et modifier des immeubles, acquérir des immeubles dans le cadre d'une vente forcée ou acquérir des immeubles afin d'éviter une mise aux enchères, vendre des immeubles, de même que constituer et radier tous les droits et charges fonciers en relation avec des immeubles.
