## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft kann im Rahmen ihres Gesellschaftszwecks Grundstücke erwerben, überbauen, belasten und veräussern und sich an anderen Unternehmen beteiligen, solche gründen oder übernehmen. Der Geschäftskreis erstreckt sich im bilanzwirksamen Aktivgeschäft auf das Inland, insbesondere auf den Wirtschaftsraum Zürich. Im begrenzten Umfang können Kreditgeschäfte auch im Ausland gegen in der Schweiz leicht verwertbare, bankübliche Sicherheiten getätigt werden. Im Weiteren sind zulässig: das Führen von Korrespondenzkonten bei erstklassigen ausländischen Banken; Anlagen in kotierte Wertpapiere, Wertrechte und Bucheffekten erstklassiger ausländischer Schuldner. Weitere Dienstleistungen können ausnahmsweise, sofern die Genossenschaft über die notwendigen organisatorischen und fachlichen Voraussetzungen verfügt, ohne örtliche Einschränkungen erbracht werden.
