Company Purpose
La Banca svolge, mediante un'azione comune secondo l'idea cooperativa di Federico Guglielmo Raiffeisen qualsiasi tipo di operazione bancaria. Inoltre, può svolgere ulteriori attività di consulenza, finanziarie e di offerta di servizi. L'attività viene svolta nell'ambito del regolamento interno delle Banche Raiffeisen, emanato da Raiffeisen Svizzera società cooperativa (di seguito denominata Raiffeisen Svizzera), e deve corrispondere alle premesse finanziarie, personali, organizzative e specifiche. Per quanto ciò serva alla sua attività, nell'ambito del regolamento interno delle Banche Raiffeisen, la Banca può: a. gestire agenzie proprie, costituire società affiliate e partecipare a tutte le istituzioni e società del Gruppo Raiffeisen come pure a altre imprese; b. acquistare, costruire e trasformare immobili, rilevare immobili nell'ambito di procedimenti di esecuzione forzata o per evitare una vendita all'asta, vendere immobili come pure costituire e cancellare diritti e oneri d'ogni genere a registro fondiario in relazione a immobili.
