## Purpose

Zweck der Stiftung ist den in Kilchberg ZH wohnenden Menschen in ärmlichen Verhältnissen eine Unterstützung zukommen zu lassen. Das Nähere wird in einem Reglement, das durch den Stiftungsrat erlassen wird, geregelt. Destinatäre sollen Personen sein, die in Kilchberg ZH Wohnsitz haben und für die eine der nachfolgenden Voraussetzungen alternativ zutreffen: dass sie sich in ärmlichen Verhältnissen befinden; z.B. null Einkommen, odernur AHV und Ergänzungsleistungen; ohne Selbstverschulden in Not Geratene; dass sie einen schweren Schicksalsschlag erlitten und dabei in finanzielle Notlage geraten sind. Mit einstimmigem Beschluss des Stiftungsrates kann dieser auch zu Gunsten von Organisationen, Vereinigungen etc. mit Sitz in Kilchberg Beiträge sprechen. Die Ausrichtung dieser Beiträge hat jedoch zweckgebunden zu sein, d.h. die begünstigte Organisation oder Vereinigung hat die Beiträge entsprechend Abs. 1 zu verwenden.
