## Purpose

Der Verein bildet eine Sektion des Automobil Club der Schweiz, ACS. Der Verein bezweckt die Wahrung und den Schutz der Rechte und Interessen seiner Mitglieder im Strassenverkehr sowie den Zusammenschluss von Automobilisten zur Wahrung der verkehrspolitischen, wirtschaftlichen, touristischen, sportlichen, gesellschaftlichen und allen weiteren mit dem Automobilismus zusammenhängenden Interessen wie Konsumenten- und Umweltschutz. Zum Schutz der Rechte und Interessen seiner Mitglieder kann der Verein im Rahmen seiner Zwecksetzung Einsprachen, Beschwerden oder andere Rechtsmittel öffentlich-rechtlicher oder privater Natur ergreifen und die damit verbundenen Rechtsverfahren durchführen, allein oder gemeinschaftlich mit andern Organisationen.
