## Purpose

La tutela degli interessi generali ed economici dei proprietari di residenze secondarie nel Cantone Ticino, in particolare per quanto concerne il sostegno e la difesa degli interessi di tale categoria nelle relazioni con gli enti pubblici, parapubblici e privati. Inoltre l'associazione si prefigge di informare e di sostenere i soci, in particolare i proprietari, usufruttuari o beneficiari di un diritto di abitazione relativo a un immobile ai sensi dell'art. 655 CCS ad uso abitazione secondaria nel Cantone Ticino. Visti gli obbiettivi di cui sopra, l'associazione intende collaborare con altre associazioni e enti di categoria, cantonali, nazionali e internazionali, partecipare a iniziative inerenti a temi di cui sopra, prendere parte ai lavori delle Istituzio0ni, astenendosi tuttavia dall'attività politica. L'associazione è apartitica aconfessionale. Essa può affiliarsi ad associazioni mantello e federative. Tali affiliazioni sono decise dall'assemblea generale.
