## Purpose

L'ATIPS mira a tutelare gli interessi morali e professionali delle imprese operanti nel ramo delle pavimentazioni stradali in maniera preponderante nel Canton Ticino, con sede legale nel Cantone Ticino o nei Grigioni italiani. Scopo dell'Associazione è di: Promuovere la collegialità fra i membri dell'Associazione. Promuovere i diversi tipi di pavimentazione e collaborare nell'allestimento delle nuove norme, delle prescrizioni e delle basi di calcolo. Orientare e consigliare i membri sui problemi tecnici ed economici. Rappresentare, sul territorio del Cantone, gli interessi professionali dei suoi membri nei confronti delle istituzioni, delle organizzazioni tecniche, economiche e sindacali. Promuovere e sostenere la formazione professionale. Difendere, conformemente ai criteri del libero mercato, gli interessi professionali dal profilo ideale, economico e sociale. Sorvegliare affinché la legge sugli appalti sia applicata correttamente. Promuovere un'economia etica orientata alla salvaguardia del patto sociale.
