## Purpose

Sostenere i fornitori di prestazioni affiliati nello sviluppo della cartella informatizzata del paziente in applicazione della Legge federale sulla cartella informatizzata del paziente (di seguito: LCIP). A tale scopo essa provvede alla promozione e alla creazione a livello cantonale di un'unica unità organizzativa di professionisti della salute e di istituti (Comunità di riferimento giusta l'art. 2 lett. e LCIP), e ne facilita la collaborazione. L'associazione promuove inoltre le misure tecniche, amministrative, giuridiche e di marketing sociale necessari alla creazione ed allo sviluppo degli strumenti di sanità elettronica opportuni per la realizzazione della strategia nazionale (eHealth Svizzera). Essa funge da centro di competenza cantonale e-health. L'associazione rappresenta contestualmente agli scopi dell'associazione stessa i propri membri verso l'esterno.
