## Purpose

1. Création et gestion d'un réseau socio-sanitaire à l'échelle cantonale qui assure l'information, l'orientation des bénéficiaires et l'efficience de l'accompagnement de la personne âgée dans celui-ci, conformément à la loi sur l'organisation gérontologique (LGer ; RSJU 810.41) et l'ordonnance sur l'organisation gérontologique (RSJU 810.411). 2. A cette fin, les partenaires de l'association assurent le respect et la promotion de l'autonomie de la personne, de sa responsabilité, de la priorisation de ses choix et de sa qualité de vie. Elle veille au respect des règles éthiques en la matière et prend toute autre mesure conforme au but à l'alinéa 1.
