## Purpose

L'Association gère un centre médico-social (CMS) au sens de l'art. 7 de la Loi cantonale sur les soins de longue durée du 14 septembre 2011. L'Association a pour but: de promouvoir le maintien à domicile; d'assurer l'aide et les soins à domicile; de développer la prévention et l'éducation à la santé; d'offrir une aide sociale et médico-sociale aux personnes âgées, aux familles, aux jeunes, en favorisant au mieux l'autonomie et la responsabilité de la personne; d'encourager l'entraide et l'action bénévole; d'exécuter différents mandats à la demande de ses membres ou de la région notamment dans les domaines sociaux, médico-sociaux, socio-éducatifs et d'insertion socioprofessionnelle. De veiller à la coordination régionale de l'action sociale, médico-sociale et des prestations de soins de longue durée; A cet effet, l'Association collabore avec les partenaires concernés, notamment sur la base de la législation cantonale relative à la santé, aux établissements et institutions sanitaires, aux soins de longue durée, à l'intégration et l'aide sociale.
