## Purpose

Promuovere l'interesse per i veicoli elettrici leggeri e in generale per i veicoli ecologici e/o energeticamente afficenti leggeri (VEL), e la loro introduzione nell'uso quotidiano, in particolare mediante il progetto pilota e dimostrativo VEL, da realizzarsi a Mendrisio dal 1995 al 2001, e il sostegno al progetto di espansione a tutto il Cantone, da realizzarsi dal 2001, perseguendo una continuità progettuale autonoma di detti progetti. L'associazione ha inoltre per scopo di sostenere ogni attività atta a promuovere, direttamente o indirettamente, gli interessi culturali, turistici e simili nella regione.
