## Purpose

Die gemeinnützige Stiftung bezweckt den Betrieb einer Alterssiedlung an der Venusstrasse 28 in Zürich-Oerlikon. Aufnahme finden selbständige, nicht pflegebedürftige, über 60-jährige Personen, vorrangig solche christlichen Glaubens (protestantisch-reformiert oder ökumenisch orientiert). Bevorzugt aufgenommen werden an erster Stelle Personen mit Wohnsitz im Quartier Oerlikon, an zweiter Stelle Personen mit Wohnsitz in der Stadt Zürich. Lassen sich die Wohnungen auf diese Weise nicht belegen, können auf Beschluss des Stiftungsrats auch Personen mit anderem Wohnsitz, mit Beeinträchtigungen oder unter 60 Jahren aufgenommen werden. Die Alterssiedlung steht vorrangig Personen in bescheidenen finanziellen Verhältnissen offen. Der Stiftungsrat kann die Anforderungen an die Mieterschaft in einem Reglement konkretisieren. Die Nutzung der Wohnungen und das Zusammenleben der Mieterinnen und Mieter richten sich nach einer Hausordnung. Die Stiftung kann zur Erfüllung ihres Zwecks Grundstücke kaufen und verkaufen, Grundstücke im Baurecht übernehmen oder Grundstücke mieten und vermieten. Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke. Die Stiftung folgt den Vorgaben des Bundesgesetzes über die Förderung von preisgünstigem Wohnraum (Wohnraumförderungsgesetz, WFG) vom 21. März 2003.
