## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft ist eine Sektion des Kantonalen Landwirtschaftlichen Vereins von Appenzell A. Rh. und hat den Zweck, die Land- und Alpwirtschaft zu fördern und zu verbessern und die bäuerlichen Interessen zu wahren. Diesen Zweck sucht sie zu erreichen durch: a) Bewirtschaftung von Vereinsalpen, um den Mitgliedern gute Sömmerungsgelegenheit für ihr Jungvieh zu bieten, b) Abhaltung von Vorträgen über wichtige landwirtschaftliche Fragen technischer und wirtschaftlicher Natur, c) Besprechung von Gesetzesvorlagen und behördlichen Massnahmen, Stellungnahme zu den Wahlen in Gemeinde und Kanton, d) Veranstaltung oder Beteiligung an Ausstellungen, Förderung des Versuchswesens, e) Veranstaltung von Fachkursen und Exkursionen, f) Möglichkeit des Anschlusses an andere Organisationen.
