## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt einerseits die Weiterführung, Erhaltung und Förderung des naturheilkundlichen Gedankenguts des Stifters und der von ihm begründeten Betriebe, insbesondere der A. Andererseits soll der Netto-Überschuss, der nach Abzug der vom Stiftungsrat für die Erreichung des vorstehenden Zwecks für notwendig erachteten Reservezuweisungen, Rückstellungen und Zuwendungen, insbesondere an Personalfürsorgeeinrichtungen der Betriebe, sowie der für die Funktion der Stiftung und die Verwaltung des Stiftungsvermögens erforderlichen Auslagen und Kosten verbleibt, an vom Stiftungsrat zu bezeichnende Institutionen fallen, die dem christlichen Gedankengut des Stifters entsprechen.
