## Purpose

Der Verein versteht sich in erster Linie als Plattform, wo insbesondere Studierende verschiedener Schweizer Bildungsinstitutionen (ETH, Fachhochschulen, Universitäten) und Studienrichtungen die Möglichkeit erhalten, ihr erlerntes theoretisches Wissen im Rahmen von praxisbezogenen Projekten im Themengebiet Raketentechnik und Raumfahrt anzuwenden. Der Verein bezweckt die ideelle und materielle Unterstützung von Projekten aus dem Themengebiet Raketentechnik und Raumfahrt. Dabei soll im Sinne eines wissenschaftlichen Beitrags in diesen Themengebieten neuartige Möglichkeiten erforscht und unerschlossene Potentiale ausgelotet werden. Zu jederzeit können mehrere, thematisch unabhängige Projekte im Gang sein. Der Verein bezweckt, dass die Entwicklungen der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht werden können. Dies soll insbesondere mit Ausstellungen, Auftritten und Wettbewerbsteilnahmen erfolgen. Weiter werden die Entwicklungsschritte und Erkenntnisse im Rahmen von wissenschaftlichen Publikationen verarbeitet und dokumentiert. Der Kreis der Involvierten ist weit und allgemein gezogen und umfasst alle Studienrichtungen. Auf diese Weise wird ein interdisziplinärer Gedanken- und Wissensaustausch gefördert. Der Verein handelt nicht gewinnorientiert und verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke.
