## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt die Förderung des Unternehmertums im Kanton Zürich und damit verbunden die Leistung eines Beitrags zu einem nachhaltigen und attraktiven Wirtschafts- und Lebensstandort. In diesem Zusammenhang bietet die Genossenschaft Dienstleistungen entlang dem gesamten Lebenszyklus von Unternehmen und mit Fokus auf Bereiche an, in welchen entsprechenden Angebote nicht bestehen oder nur schwer zugänglich oder erschwinglich sind, insbesondere zur Beschleunigung von Firmengründungen und Firmenaufbauprozessen für Jungunternehmerinnen und -unternehmer, zur Unterstützung von Personen beim Weg in die Selbständigkeit und bei Beantragung von Investitions- bzw. Betriebskrediten unter CHF 40'000 sowie zur Förderung von Innovationen bei kleineren und mittleren Unternehmen (KMUs). Die Genossenschaft kann sich an anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen, gleichartige oder ähnliche Unternehmungen erwerben, errichten oder sich mit solchen zusammenschliessen, Grundstücke erwerben, verkaufen und belasten sowie alle Geschäfte tätigen, welche geeignet sind, den Zweck der Genossenschaft zu fördern oder die direkt oder indirekt damit im Zusammenhang stehen. Die Genossenschaft verfolgt einen gemeinnützigen Zweck und schüttet keine Gewinne an die Mitglieder aus, sondern setzt allfällige Gewinne zur weiteren Förderung ihres Zweckes ein. Die Genossenschaft verhält sich politisch und konfessionell neutral.
