## Purpose

La Società elabora e attua, su mandato del Consiglio di Stato e delle Organizzazioni turistiche regionali (OTR), la strategia turistica cantonale, basandosi sui piani strategici regionali delle OTR. Essa ha in particolare il compito di elaborare un piano strategico e finanziario, di svolgere attività di marketing e coordinare quelle delle OTR, di sviluppare e realizzare progetti turistici strategici cantonali, di svolgere analisi di mercato, consulenza e supporto per lo sviluppo di strategia, di gestire il marchio turistico cantonale e promuovere i marchi regionali e locali, di sviluppare e gestire la banca dati turistica cantonale e i prodotti turistici, le attività di marketing e i servizi su specifico mandato, di gestire i rapporti con organizzazioni cantonali, nazionali e internazionali e di affiancare le OTR e assisterle nell’elaborazione e nello sviluppo dei prodotti turistici strategici e/o sovraregionali. La Società può aprire succursali in Svizzera e all'estero, può partecipare ad altre società, nonché rappresentare parti terze, esercitare attività e concludere accordi atti a promuovere lo scopo della Società, o che sono direttamente o indirettamente in relazione con lo stesso. La società può inoltre acquisire, gestire e vendere beni immobili.
