## Purpose

Sie sucht diesen Zweck zu erreichen durch: a) Erwerb von Bauland und Baurechten; b) Bau und Erwerb von Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern, die den zeitgemässen genossenschaftlichen Wohnbedürfnissen entsprechen; c) sorgfältigen und laufenden Unterhalt und periodische Erneuerung der bestehenden Bauten; d) Beanspruchung von Förderungsinstrumenten nach dem eidgenössischen Wohnraumförderungsgesetz bzw. entsprechenden kantonalen und kommunalen Gesetzen; e) Verwaltung und Vermietung der Wohnungen auf der Basis der Kostenmiete. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig und nicht gewinnstrebig sowie politisch und konfessionell neutral. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen.
